WSET Level 2 In-person Course
Enrolling in Course: You'll receive a purchase confirmation email within minutes of enrolling in an in-person course.
Course Access: Within 30 minutes of enrolling, you'll get an email titled "Important: Access Your Course & Study Materials" with a link to online pre-course study materials. Note: No wine kit is sent for in-person courses
Study Materials and Shipping: Students receive immediate access to eBook within the online course at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com. You may also purchase a hardcopy book as an add-on upon check out or on our website
Suggested Pre-Study Time: Level 2 is about 11 hours of self-study using the online pre-course and book
What to Bring To In-Person Course: On the day of your in-person class, come prepared with:
- Your study materials (if applicable)
- A valid ID (for exam verification)
- Notebook & pencils for notes and the exam
- Lunch is not included at all locations, please refer to he “Great Choice!” email for details
- Questions! Your instructor is here to help.
Taking the Exam: WSET Level 1 and Level 2 exams are offered exclusively online starting August 2026. This allows more flexibility and study time after the in-person course. You must register for your online exam within 12 months of your in-person course.
Exam Grading and Results: Your online exam is graded by WSET in London. Once we receive the results, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] within about 2-4 weeks, for Levels 1 and 2.
