After your purchase your course or digital study tools, you will receive an email within 15-30 minutes from [email protected] with a link to access your online learning portal. The email subject is typically “Great Choice”....
Troubleshooting
- If you don’t receive the email, please search emails with "Great Choice" subject and check your spam and promotions folder. Sometimes emails to corporate email addresses get blocked by firewall.
- You can try to troubleshoot access by navigating to learn.napavalleywineacademy.com and selecting “Sign In” in the top right corner and then “Forgot Your Password”. Your username is your email address.
- Check your email address was correct in the order. If you need that updated, please contact [email protected] and provide your name, product you ordered and order number if available
- Can't access because your course has expired? Our on-demand online courses are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and instructor-led courses e.g. WSET expire 12 months from the course start date. If your course has expired you may purchase a year long extension at 50% discounted price by contacting [email protected]
