Lost WSET qualification pin and/or certificateUpdated 12 days ago
How can I get a certificate replacement?
WSET introduced digital certificates and badges for WSET Level 1 and 2, starting from exams taken after November 15th, 2024. WSET Level 1 and 2 certificates and badges bring you a huge range of benefits, including the following:
- You will receive your certificates much faster via email than by post
- You will also be able to share their results more easily on social media, with employers, and will be able to print your own certificate
- Digital certificates are secure and easily verifiable online
- Digital certificates are better for the environment and more sustainable in the long-term
If you have lost your certificate and it was originally issued as a physical certificate before November 15th, 2024, you may order a certificate replacement as a paper copy or as a digital (you can get that printed) certificate directly from WSET Global’s Online Store and by paying a small administrative fee.
If your digital certificate was issued after November 15th, 2024, but you can't access the certificate, please contact WSET Global directly by email [email protected].
After completing a WSET Level 3 or Level 4 qualification, you’ll receive a physical certificate and a pin in the mail. If you ever lose your lapel pin or certificate, don’t worry! You can easily request a replacement on WSET Global’s Online Store and by paying a small administrative fee.
WSET will transition to digital certificates and badges for Levels 3 and 4 starting from exams taken after August 17th, 2025. After that it is not possible to request physical paper certificates but you may purchase a physical Pin from NVWA by contacting [email protected].
