🚫 You may have been well prepared for taking the online exam by conducting a successful systems check but sometimes unexpected issues, such as poor internet connection, can occur unexpectedly during the exam. If you are having any issues during the system check or the exam, please follow these steps:
- WSET exams are governed by WSET Global and their Support team is available to help you via chat during the exam if you have any questions or issues.
- After your exam, you will receive an email from WSET confirming your exam completion.
- However, if you have any issues during the system check or exam that don't get resolved by the WSET's support team via chat, please submit an issue report directly to WSET London via WSET RI Issue Form within 7 days of your exam. After reviewing your issue, WSET to determine whether you are eligible for a free resit or need to reorder your exam.
- NVWA's Student Success team will coordinate with WSET London and reach back to you within about 10-15 business days on the next steps.
