Instead of paying for the course upfront, you'll get flexible access to all courses you are interested in with monthly or annual Premier Crew subscription. 

All courses have optional certification exam available for purchase (from $39) upon course completion, so you'll get to decide if you want to take the exam. The exam is available for active members only.
