🌎 Course Access and Digital Study Tools

You will receive an email from [email protected] within about 15 minutes of your purchase with the subject: “Important: Access Your Course & Study Materials”.

The email contains important information on your course and study materials and a link for accessing our learning portal at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and your email address in the order. If you are accessing the learning portal for the first time, you will also receive an email from our learning platform, [email protected].

If you have enrolled for a course, which is not on NVWA's platform, such as WSET Level 1 and Level 2 Sake, you will get the course access 2 days before the course start.

Books and Other Shippable Products

Orders are processed within two business days and delivered within about 10 business days. We will notify you and share the tracking details when your order has been shipped. You can also find the tracking details under My Orders on our website. Please, note that if you have ordered multiple products such as a textbook, a wine kit and a T-shirt, they will all be shipped separately and you will receive tracking details for each. Books are shipped by Fedex and wine kits by UPS.

Wine Kits

Wine kits purchased via our third-party/partner websites are fulfilled and managed solely by the partner. Wine Kit delivery time is typically 7-10 business days. For any questions or concerns regarding the product or shipping, please contact the partner directly. You can contact our partner, Small Lot Bottles, by chat or email via their website.

Wine kits purchased on our NVWA website at napavalleywineacademy.com are shipped Monday-Thursday by UPS within 7-10 business days. The recipient will receive tracking information once the package has shipped and an adult signature is required upon delivery.

What if My Course Starts and I haven't received my Wine Kit?

All live webinars are recorded and we recommend to join them even if your wine kit hasn't arrived yet.

Changing Shipping Address

Changing Delivery or address: NVWA is not able to make changes to address once the order has been processed. You can alter shipping address or request HOLD at a UPS facility with the UPS My CHOICE App https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page once you receive the tracking details or via Fedex tracking. Note that changing the address may incur additional costs.

Delays Due to Address Changes or Weather Conditions: Be aware that changing the delivery address after shipment can cause delays in receiving your package. NVWA is not is not liable for any shipping delays resulting from adverse weather conditions or orders placed with incorrect shipping address.
