Is it a good idea to order a wine kit?
Yes, absolutely if you are taking an online course. Having the same wines available as the others in your online course, will make it easier for you to practice your tasting skills. You don't need a wine kit if you are taking an in-person course. You may also review the Course Specifications to find the full list of recommended wines to taste during your course:

I forgot to order a wine kit with my course? Can I still buy it?
Yes you can buy it on our website. Wine kit orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped Monday-Thursday within about 5-8 business days.
I live in a non-shippable state. Can I order the wine kit to another address?
Yes, you can provide an address that is different from your home/billing address e.g. office or a friend's house. Please, include your own name as the recipient even if you are not the one signing for the package.
Can I pick up the wine kit from your Napa Campus?
NVWA wine kits are made and shipped by our wine kit partner based in Texas, so we don't have any wine kits at the Napa HQ. However, you can order your wine kit delivery to our campus and pick it up from here. In that case, please notify us by email in advance [email protected], and we will let you know when it has arrived and ready for pick up.
How do you ensure wines are shipped in good condition in warm weather?
To prevent heat damage, wine kits will be packed with seasonal protective materials, which include insulation and cooling packs. Wine may feel warm on arrival but is usually unaffected. For added peace of mind, we recommend shipping to a UPS Access Point.
My wine kit has leaked, how can I replace the wines?
In the very unusual case of wine bottle leaking, please take pictures of the leaked wine bottle and send it along with the bottle # and your course and contact details to [email protected]. Our team will get back to you on the next steps for resolving the issue Monday-Friday within 24 hours.
I received a wrong wine or a wine bottle is missing, how can I replace the wine?
If you have received two of the same wines, please take a picture and send it along with the bottle # and your course and contact details to [email protected]. Our team will get back to you on the next steps for resolving the issue Monday-Friday within 24 hours.
