• Wine kits purchased via our third-party/partner websites are fulfilled and managed solely by the partner. NVWA assumes no responsibility or liability for product quality, shipping, delivery, or fulfillment issues. Customers must contact the partner directly regarding any concerns. WSET course wine kits are fulfilled by Small Lot Bottles and you can contact them via chat or email on their website or by email [email protected] 

  • WSET Level 1-3 wine kits are delivered within 7-10 business days

  • WSET Level 4 Diploma wine kits D1, D3, D4 and D5 are delivered right before the first tasting webinar

• Wine Kit orders, such as TasteCoach Red Wine,  purchased on our website napavalleywineacademy.com are shipped Monday-Thursday by UPS within 7-10 business days. The recipient will receive tracking information once the package has shipped and an adult signature is required upon delivery.  

• UPS will make three delivery attempts. If the customer is unable to sign for the delivery during those three attempts, the wine kit package will be returned to the sender. Returned wine kits are not refundable and all sales are final. Reshipment will require an additional shipping fee at the customer’s expense.

• NVWA cannot change the shipping address in order once it has been processed but you can alter the shipping or place the package on hold at a UPS facility using the UPS My Choice App. More details can be found at UPS My Choice website.

• Wine Kits are designed to last for 12 months.
