WSET Digital Certificate Access IssueUpdated 2 months ago
If your WSET L1-2 exam took place before November 15th, 2024 or you took WSET L3-4 exam after August 17th, 2025, your certificate has been issued in digital format by default. You will receive it by email from WSET within 5 business days of getting your exam results.
Below are the simple steps to access your digital certificate:
• Click on “VIEW YOUR CERTIFICATE” in the email with subject “Congratulations! Here is your WSET certificate”. WSET sends this about 5 business days after you receive your results.
• Go to https://v2.eu.accounts.
• Select ‘sign in’, then ‘forgot password’ and finally ‘request link’.
• Accredible will send a link to set a password and access the account
I haven't received the certificate email from WSET
- Have you registered on the WSET site? This is a necessary step before the certificate is released.
- Please go to https://www.wsetglobal.com/registration/ to register an account. Please ensure you are using the same information (name and email) when you registered with NVWA .
Are you trying to use the one-time link again?
The link you initially received is for you to view your credential, not for accessing your account.
- Select ‘sign in’, then ‘forgot password’ and finally ‘request link’.
- Accredible will send you a link to set a password and access your account
- Find more login support at: https://help.accredible.com/s/article/logging-in-to-accredible-as-a-recipient?language=en_US.
If your exam took place before transitioning to digital certificates, you may purchase a digital certificate on WSET's website: https://shop.wsetglobal.com/
