Can I get further feedback on my Diploma Exam Results?
You may request an enquiry (re-mark) or an enquiry and feedback on your recent WSET
Diploma exam. Please ensure you have read the WSET Diploma Enquiry & Feedback Guide attached and discussed the reasons for your application with your course provider (APP) before continuing.
The form must be submitted directly to [email protected] and received within 15 working days of the issue of your exam result to your APP.
- An enquiry (re-mark) can be requested for any exam question you answered, regardless of the original mark you received. An enquiry and feedback can only be requested for exam questions for which you have received a Fail or Fail Unclassified mark.
- For Unit D3, you may only request an enquiry and feedback for a maximum of TWO failed theory questions and/or TWO failed tasting questions.
- There are three possible outcomes to your application for an enquiry (re-mark) or an enquiry and feedback:
- your original mark is lowered, so your final grade may be lower than the original grade you received;
- your original mark is confirmed as correct, so there is no change to your grade; or
- your original mark is raised, so your final grade may be higher than the original grade you received.
