WSET’s Support team is available to help you via chat during the exam but you will not receive a confirmation email on successful or failed exam completion.
If you experienced any technical issues during the exam, please submit a report directly to WSET London via this link immediately after your exam. After that, send an email to [email protected] notifying our team about the incidence. Our Support team will coordinate with WSET London and reach back to you within about 7-10 business days on possible reschedule need of your exam or confirm if no retake is required.
