Where is My Wine Kit?
As you gear up for your upcoming wine class, understanding the delivery process of your wine kit is essential. This article provides comprehensive information on tracking your wine kit to ensure a seamless experience.
Shipping Schedule
- When does it ship? Wine kit orders are processed within 48 hours for courses starting within the next three months. Kits are shipped Monday-Thursday via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Confirmation Email and Tracking
- Confirmation Email: After the kit has been dispatched, you will receive an email from [email protected] from our wine kit partner. If you don’t receive the email within 48 hours during weekdays, please check your spam folder before contacting [email protected]. You can also find the tracking number in My Orders on NVWA website.
- Tracking Your Package: The email will include a tracking number. Utilize this number on the UPS and vendor websites to monitor the delivery of your wine kit.
Delivery Details
- Shipping Address: The wine kit is sent to the address you used when placing your order. It’s important to provide an accurate address to avoid delivery issues.
- Adult Signature Required: Since the kit contains alcohol, the delivery will require an adult signature. Make sure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the package as returned packages are not refunded.
Changing Delivery Address or Time
- Changing Delivery or address: You can alter shipping address or request HOLD at a UPS facility with the UPS My CHOICE App https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.pageNote that changing the address may incur additional costs. Please note, NVWA is not able to make changes to address once the package has shipped.
- Delays Due to Address Changes or Weather Conditions: Be aware that changing the delivery address after shipment can cause delays in receiving your package. NVWA is not is not liable for any shipping delays resulting from adverse weather conditions
