eBook Access Issue - Code doesn't work?Updated 5 months ago
Does your code say "Invalid code"?
If you are trying to access your eBook for the first time and have correctly copy pasted the access code to the Access Code tab at https://ebooks.wsetglobal.com but get an error about code being invalid, please contact our Student Success team at [email protected]. Please, include your name, email and course name you are trying get the eBook for.
If you have the code but are having other access issue, please confirm that the 4 common issues are not happening:
- If you're having trouble redeeming your ebook code, please check that you are using either the Android app or the web browser version and are in the "Access Code" tab (see attached picture). Most issues arise when trying to log in on the wrong website or trying to sign in before redeeming a code. The website address is https://ebooks.wsetglobal.com
- If you've previously had a WSET eBook account with another institution or with NVWA on another course (i.e. Diploma, Beer, etc.), you will need to create a new account with a different email address.
- A common problem is if a student creates 2 different accounts with each access code. If this is the case, we can no longer merge accounts. The student will have to use two different logins.
- Students cannot use the same account for Diploma codes and Levels 1-3 eBooks. Students will need to create a new account to access diploma codes.

- Please specify the Device being used (e.g. Mac Powerbook, Dell Desktop, iphone).
- Please specify the Device Operating System being used (e.g. Big Sur, Windows 10).
- Please specify the Browser being used (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- A screenshot of the problem including the URL address visible in the search bar.
