After your purchase your course or digital study tools, you will receive an email within 15-30 minutes from [email protected] with a link to access your online learning portal and course information. The email subject is typically “Important: Access your course & Study Materials".
Alternatively you can navigate directly to our learning portal at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com, select "Sign In" and "Forgot Password" to reset a new password if visiting it for the first time. Please, note that it takes about 15-30 minutes to complete your enrollment and get your course ready.
Still can't access your course or study materials?
- Please, check the website you are trying to sign in is learn.napavalleywineacademy.com and allow 15-30 minutes after your purchase to get your enrollment completed and your course ready.
- Have you checked the email you used in the order matches with the email you are using to login?
- If you don’t receive the email, please search emails with "Important: Access your course & Study Materials" subject and check your spam and promotions folder. Sometimes emails to corporate email addresses get blocked by firewall.

Can't access because your course has expired?
- All of our online courses valid for 12 months from the purchase date and instructor-led WSET courses expire 12 months from the course start date. If you purchased the course within <12 months or have a valid Premier Crew Membership subscription but still can't access, please contact [email protected]. If you purchased the course >12 months ago, your course has expired but you may purchase a year long extension with 50% discount on a regular course cost by contacting [email protected]
