How can I access my Online Course or Study Materials?Updated 8 days ago

After your purchase your course or digital study tools, you will receive an email within 15-30 minutes from [email protected] with a link to access your online learning portal and course information. The email subject is typically “Important: Access your course & Study Materials".

Alternatively you can navigate directly to our learning portal at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com, select "Sign In" and "Forgot Password" to reset a new password if visiting it for the first time. Please, note that it takes about 15-30 minutes to complete your enrollment and get your course ready.

Still can't access your course or study materials?

• Please, check the website you are trying to sign in is learn.napavalleywineacademy.com and allow 15-30 minutes after your purchase to get your enrollment completed and your course ready.
• Have you checked the email you used in the order matches with the email you are using to login?
• If you don’t receive the email, please search emails with "Important: Access your course & Study Materials" subject and check your spam and promotions folder. Sometimes emails to corporate email addresses get blocked by firewall.
• If you are still having the issue, please contact [email protected] and provide your name, email used in the order and order number if available.

Can access the learning portal but don't see the course or study materials?

• Please, allow 15-30 minutes after your purchase to access your course and study materials as sometimes there can be a delay with the order processing
• Go to your homepage at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com to find My Courses and Study Tools under that. You may have to click on the orange button "Load More" to see all your courses and Study Tools

Can access Premier Crew study tools ?

• Study Tools are included in Premier Crew Membership. To access them, go to learn.napavalleywineacademy.com, select Premier Crew on the top menu and scroll down to Browse by Format. Then select "Study Tools".

Can't access because your course has expired?

• All of our online courses valid for 12 months from the purchase date and instructor-led WSET courses expire 12 months from the course start date. If you purchased the course within <12 months or have a valid Premier Crew Membership subscription but still can't access, please contact [email protected]. If you purchased the course >12 months ago, your course has expired but you may purchase a year long extension with 50% discount on a regular course cost by contacting [email protected]
