If you selected "Buying for others" and gave the gift recipient's details in the order, including their email, the student should receive an email within 15-30 minutes from [email protected] with a link to access your online learning portal and course information. The email subject is typically “Important: Access your course & Study Materials".

Alternatively the student can navigate directly to our learning portal at learn.napavalleywineacademy.com, select "Sign In" and "Forgot Password" to reset a new password if visiting it for the first time. Please, note that it takes about 15-30 minutes to complete your enrollment and get your course ready.

Still can't access your course or study materials?

• Please, check the website they are trying to sign in is learn.napavalleywineacademy.com and allow 15-30 minutes after your purchase to get the enrollment completed and the course ready.
• Have you checked the email you used in the order matches with the email the student is using to login?
