Your should receive email notifications from Napa Valley Wine Academy after your online purchase and before your course starts with further details. If you don’t receive any emails, please:

1. Check your spam folder
2. Add the following email addresses to your contacts:

3. Check which email address you used when you purchased the course / product online. If your email address has changed, please contact [email protected]
4. IF the above actions don’t resolve the issue, you may have ‘opted out’ from emails or text messages at some point. To opt-in to
   • Emails: find one of the emails sent to you by Napa Valley Wine Academy. Click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom, update your contact details and click on “Update”
   • Text / SMS: Text START to 833-485-0741
